Welcome to St. Luke United Methodist Church. As you can see from the motto printed under our logo, we see ourselves as “A Growing Church for Growing Christians.” Our dream is to help each one who comes inside our doors or who accesses the resources on our website or who contacts us in any other way to grow in faith. If you are looking for ways to grow closer to God, we want to help you. If you are looking for help in dealing with your problems in life and want to grow in maturity and faith, we want to help you. If you aren’t sure what you believe and want to spend the time and energy to explore what it means to live as followers of Jesus Christ, we are here to help you.
We offer two different worship services on Sunday mornings. At 8:45 we offer a very informal worship time. You are invited to come and enjoy a casual time of worship. Our 11:00 service is more traditional in nature, with more readings from the Bible, with special music from the choir, and with a little more structure. After the 8:45 service we offer a fellowship time where we get together and drink coffee and enjoy each other’s company. At 9:45 we offer Church School classes for every age level and for every adult interest. You are invited to come and learn and grow.
On Sunday evenings and on Wednesday evenings we offer learning experiences for the whole family. You can look on this site and find information concerning what each age level will be doing. Bring a bag supper at 5 PM on Wednesday nights and join us for a BYOB supper followed by opportunities for all ages. (Please note that the Wednesday evening activities are paused until January 8, 2014.)
Please contact the church if there is any way we can make your experience at St. Luke more meaningful.
St. Luke will be sponsoring a new pictorial directory with photography taking place between March 25 and March 29. Times are available from 2-9PM on Tuesday through Friday and from 10AM to 5PM on Saturday. Click here to schedule your appointment.
