Adult Sunday School
Adult Fellowship Class
Location:  across from the choir room
Facilitator:   Russ Tyner
A class of seniors, couples, men and women.  Its teachers rotate and are well versed in the Bible using books by varied respected Christian authors in a lecture and discussion format.  A traditional Christmas project benefits the Hartsville Food Bank with other causes helped throughout the year.

Bible Study Class
Location: Adult Education Hall, across from the kitchen
Facilitators:   Mary Frances Black,  Fred Edinger, and Ed Rothe
A group discussion format class comprised of individuals and couples over 50 who enjoy reading, studying, and discussing the Bible, Methodist beliefs, and Christian faith and practice as they relate to everyday life.

Covenant Class
Location: Church Parlor on the Adult Education Hall
Facilitator: Marla Prozzi
A class for adults to study the Bible as it relates to everyday life.  Topics include marriage, relationships, children and growth as Christians.  Class participants are couples and singles ages 30 and older.

Seekers Class
Location: Adult Education Hall, across from the Fellowship Hall
Facilitator:    Merri & Duffy Scarborough
 The Bible is the main source of study in this class, which is led by Merri Scarborough.  We encourage class participation but if you prefer you can quietly sit and listen.  Our goal has been to study the Bible in chronological order and to apply those teachings to our everyday life as well as current day situations. 

Upper Room Class
Location: Adult Education Hall, across from the Fellowship Hall
Facilitator:  Sharon Sturdivant  
A class for “young at heart” couples and singles, this class provides lively discussion and study through the use of class selected books and videos by well-known religious authors such as Max Lucado, Beth Moore, and Bill Bouknight.  In addition, the International Lesson Series  is available. Class members serve as facilitators on a rotational basis. This class shares the love of Christ by supporting its members as well as the entire church membership, local, national and international missions.

Searching  for Faith Class
Location:  classroom where the nursery and office halls meet
Facilitator: Tee Thompson
This class of couples and individuals range in age and usually open with prayer concerns, and then study contemporary Christian authors, such as James Moore's "Rich in the Things That Count the Most".  Members rotate teaching and leading group discussions.

The  Genesis Class
Location: Conference Room
Facilitator: Anna Feagin
The Genesis Class is a group of dedicated Christians who are interested in studying the Bible chapter-by-chapter and verse-by-verse.  We began this study in September 2015, with the study of of Genesis.  On September 1, 2017, we will begin the book of Judges.  We welcome all ages who would like to delve deeply into God’s Word.  We meet in the Conference Room.  (There’s a sign on the door.)  We meet at 9:00 AM for prayer time and begin class at 9:15.
