Each donor that completes a whole blood donation will receive a $20 eGift Card and Pencil Pouch Give Back!!! This is a great opportunity to help us ensure that our local hospitals and communities have the blood products that they need.
Your drive has a goal of about 18 collected whole blood units. To reach or exceed 18 lifesaving donations, about 24 prospective donors will need to sign up and show up on the day of the drive. A key to the success of your drive in terms of whole blood collected is for you and others to actively promote the drive. Asking prospective donors directly and utilizing social media are two effective ways to grow donor signups. What ways will you use to gain donor signups?
There are currently 40 slots on the donor appointment schedule available for donor appointments. More appointment slots can be added as needed. Online donor signup is available until one hour before your drive; thereafter donors may be able to walk up and donate at the drive; however, appointments are strongly encouraged to manage donor flow and minimize donor wait times on the drive day.
Encourage them to sign up, show up and share life with hospital patients in our community.
