The St. Luke family reaches out in numerous ways to help our neighbors in Hartsville, surrounding areas in the Carolinas and around the world. There is a place here for all to serve.

In The Church

We are always looking for Disciples ready to serve – if you’re unsure of a weekly commitment, we encourage you to assist in one of our two annual fundraisers. We sponsor a Chicken Bog & Bake Sale each Spring and a BBQ & Bake Sale each Fall, all proceeds help fund our mission work.

We also have volunteer opportunities during our Wednesday Suppers (seasonally) and during Vacation Bible School

In The Community

We regularly volunteer at a local soup kitchen to feed the homeless in the community, and have ongoing item collection to help stock their supplies. We also sponsor seasonal events to support school-aged children.

In Missions

We have participated in local/ US-based Missions like Salkahatchie and coordinated mission trips abroad.
